Lamine Yamal's Barcelona wishlist reportedly starts with one Spain teammate

With the FIFA World Cup taking all the attention and energy from football fans, the European leagues are coming close to the start of the 2026-27 season with many friendlies already being played. To refresh your memory, in the Champions League, PSG are looking for a three-peat after defeating Arsenal on penalties last May.

The same Arsenal who are the champions of the Premier League for the first time in 22 years and are the favorites to repeat as champions, even more if the Vinícius Jr. rumor becomes real.

In Spain, Real Madrid have made a new offer to Vini to improve his salary, but in terms of transfers, Madrid have added talent in all areas, starting with coach José Mourinho and players like Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, and the upcoming two signings, Yan Diomandé and World Cup MVP Rodri.

Lamine Yamal's Priority Transfer Target for Barcelona

Barcelona is looking for a three-peat in La Liga, led of course by Lamine Yamal, who had a solid summer and at just 19 years old is already a world champion, European champion, and Spanish champion.

What follows is the pursuit of the Champions League, and to achieve it, Lamine knows reinforcements are needed. Reports indicate that Lamine Yamal's number one priority for Barcelona is the acquisition of Tottenham Hotspur right-back Pedro Porro, with whom he formed a tremendous connection on the right flank for the Spanish national team during the World Cup.

Porro, 26 years old, would compete with Jules Koundé for that position, creating a heavily reinforced wing where any potential injury would be safely covered.

While the operation could cost around 75 million euros given that Tottenham is in a strong position and holds his new long-term contract, Lamine values how well Porro reads space, knowing when to overlap, when to move inside, and how to alleviate defensive pressure.
