2026 AFF Cup: How to Get Tickets for Singapore vs. Thailand Semifinal

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tickets for Singapore's AFF Cup or the ASEAN Championship 2026 semifinal first leg against Thailand go on sale Wednesday, August 12, with fans able to purchase them exclusively online.

The match will be played at Jalan Besar Stadium on Saturday, August 15, with kickoff scheduled for 9 p.m. local time.

According to the Football Association of Singapore (FAS), ticket sales begin at 11 a.m. on August 12 through Tickethotline. There will be no box-office or on-site ticket sales.

How Much Do Singapore vs. Thailand Tickets Cost?

Tickets for the knockout-stage match are available in two categories:

- Category 1: S$49

- Category 2: S$35

Asia One revealed that ticket prices exclude a S$1.20 ticketing fee per ticket and a 5 percent transaction fee.

Fans should purchase their tickets as soon as sales open because the match is expected to attract strong interest following Singapore's progress to the semifinals.

Where Will Singapore vs. Thailand Be Played?

The semifinal first leg will be held at Jalan Besar Stadium, rather than Singapore's 55,000-capacity National Stadium.

As reported by The Straits Times, the National Stadium is unavailable because it requires about two and a half weeks to be reinstated following Singapore's National Day Parade on August 9. The process includes removing the parade setup and preparing and acclimatizing the football pitch.

Jalan Besar Stadium has already hosted Singapore's ASEAN Championship matches, including the Lions' 1-1 draw with Indonesia on August 7.

What About Thailand Supporters?

Fans supporting Thailand should not purchase tickets intended for Singapore's home sections.

According to FAS, all tickets allocated for Thailand's away supporters have already been purchased in full by the Football Association of Thailand and are being managed directly by the association. Thai supporters seeking away tickets should contact the Football Association of Thailand.

FAS has also warned that supporters must remain in the section designated for their team.

Fans found in a zone designated for the opposing team may be denied entry or removed from the stadium without a refund.

When Is Singapore vs. Thailand?

The two teams will meet twice in the ASEAN Championship semifinals:

- First leg: Singapore vs. Thailand — August 15, Jalan Besar Stadium

- Second leg: Thailand vs. Singapore — August 18, Bangkok

Singapore reached the semifinals after drawing 1-1 with Indonesia on August 7, while Thailand advanced after beating Myanmar 2-0 on August 8.

The Lions finished second in Group A, while Thailand topped Group B.
