Rising tennis star Alex Eala has revealed which players she would most like to partner in mixed doubles, highlighting some of the biggest names in the sport.

Speaking during media day ahead of the WTA 500 Stuttgart 2026 tournament, the Filipina pointed to Paris 2024 Olympic champion Novak Djokovic and seven-time Grand Slam winner Carlos Alcaraz as her preferred choices, while also naming Brazil’s João Fonseca.

"I would love to play with Djokovic or with Alcaraz, although Joao Fonseca would also be a great option because he attracts many fans," she said ahead of her opening match in Stuttgart, where she is set to face Canada’s Leylah Fernandez in the first round.

Eala, 20, reached a career-high women's singles ranking of world No. 29 in March and is currently No. 45, making her the highest-ranked Filipino player in WTA Tour history.
