Gary Neville's sister hits out after Man United icon confronted in streets in X-rated rantGary Neville's sister has hit back after the former Manchester United defender was verbally abused walking down the street with his wifeGary Neville's sister Tracey Neville has taken to social media to hit back over a 'truly scary' incident surrounding the former Manchester United defender. A video has surfaced showing the 51-year-old walking down the street with his wife, Emma, when he's verbally abused by a stranger. In a video shared on X, which has been viewed 2.5million times and liked 23,000 times, a man says: "Is that Gary Neville? W*****..." The ex-Manchester United defender stops walking and asks the man: "You what?" To which the man says: "W*****. W*****. That's what you are. You're a f****** w*****."Neville appears to ask the man why he's filming him and the man responds: "Listen, listen, I'm filming because you're a f****** w*****. You've got f*** all to know about the working class man you have.Get MEN Premium now for just £1 HERE – or get involved in our United WhatsApp group by clicking HERE. Gary with one of his family and some t** is abusing him in public. if you feel like you want to abuse people gone do it in front of your tv screen not in public. Not very clever!"It's unclear when the incident took place and Gary Neville has not addressed the video on social media. The United icon was part of Sky Sports' commentary team covering Manchester City's 2-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday.Away from his career in football, Neville – now a successful businessman – has often been outspoken with his political views. In a video posted on LinkedIn back on October 3, Neville blamed 'angry, middle-aged white men' for creating division in communities, following the terrorist attack at the Heaton Park synagogue. He said: "Funnily enough, on one of my development sites last week, there was a Union Jack flag put up, and I took it down instantly. And some people might be watching this and thinking, 'Well, Gary you’re not very patriotic.’ I played for my country 85 times. I love my country. I love Manchester and I love England."But I’ve been building in this city for 15-20 years, and there’s no one put a Union Jack flag up in the last 15-20 years so why do you need to put one up now? Because quite clearly, it’s sending a message to everybody that there is something you don’t like. The Union Jack flag being used in a negative fashion is not right."
