Martin Damm vs Hubert Hurkacz prediction

Hubert Hurkacz continues to maintain that winning habit after edging into the round of 16 in Chengdu.

The Pole defeated Aleksandr Shevchenko 6-3 7-6 to tee up a second meeting with Martin Damm, who cruised to a 6-1 6-4 success over Shintaro Mochizuki.

World number 106, Damm won 7-6 6-4 when they faced-off in Montpellier earlier this year, but The Incredible Hurk is playing sharper tennis right now.

Don’t rule out the underdog given his rising stock and there’s scope to explore plenty of games or a tie-break too.
