Lleyton and Bec Hewitt have listed their sprawling Glenhaven estate in Sydney’s Hills District, just two years after buying the property for $10.3 million.Lleyton, a former world No.1 tennis champion, and Bec, a former Home and Away star, purchased the acreage from Parramatta Eels legend Nathan Hindmarsh and his wife Bonnie in 2023, records show.The mansion is now listed with a whopping $14 million price guide, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.Set on about two hectares, the six-bedroom property includes a tennis court, a resort-style pool, a guest cottage, a gym, a barn, two paddocks and a removable sprung dance floor.The court was resurfaced last year by GreenSet, the same company behind the Australian Open courts.Since owning the property, the Hewitts have also enlisted Secret Gardens to carry out landscaping work to refresh the grounds.The home itself was transformed by Bonnie Hindmarsh, co-founder of Three Birds Renovations, who overhauled the original 1990s brick house into a contemporary coastal-style estate.Features include vaulted ceilings, multiple entertaining areas, a cellar, mud room and a large kitchen centred around an oversized stone island.The golden couple, who married in 2005 and share three children, returned to Sydney in 2023 after several years in Melbourne, where they sold their Toorak mansion for $15.2 million in 2022.Their Glenhaven sale comes as the Hewitt’s continue to split their time between Australia and overseas, deciding to relocate due to constant travel.Guardian Realty agent Gavin Weekley is handling the campaign.Read more on The Sydney Morning Herald.
