Brazil's second match of the 2026 World Cup will be against Haiti in Group C at the Philadelphia Stadium.

Brazil will look to get its first win of the tournament in order to advance to the knockout stages. For the match against Haiti, Brazil will have the usual star players who played in the 1-1 draw with Morocco last week.

Last week, Brazil was without Neymar, who did not recover in time for the match against Morocco. Days ahead of the Haiti match, Neymar was seen training, and many believed that he would be available to play today.

Neymar seems to be in good condition after a training session, but he will not be part of the sqaud for the match against Haiti and will not travel with the team to Philadelphia.

Brazil Football Federation on Why Neymar Is Out

The Brazilian football federation (CBF) published a statement confirming that Neymar will not play for Brazil against Haiti.

The CBF statement read, "The CBF announced, on this Thursday, that Neymar will not travel with the delegation to Philadelphia, and will stay in New Jersey making use of the hotel facilities and the Columbia Park CT."

Neymar will be continuing his recovery program in New Jersey and trained earlier this morning.

Neymar is likely to be available and fit for Brazil's last match of the group stage in Group, which is against Scotland on June 24.
